Last Night The Lady Jaguars Volleyball teams hosted Clark at the Jag-Gym on campus. The Freshman A team were first up and handled the Freshman Cougars in two strait sets to stay undefeated on the young season. JV followed up with a 2-0 victory of their own against the Clark JV squad. But the real excitement happened in the finally between varsity squads. Johnson lost the first two sets 20-25 and 20-25 before finding a rhythm halfway through the third set. When it looked like the Jags would fall in three strait sets to the Cougars they rallied back to win the third set 25-23. The lady jags gave the home crowd a lot to cheer about in the fourth set as they dominated the Cougars 25-13 to push the match to the pivotal 5th and final set. Both teams would hold slim leads before Johnson surged to 14-12 just one point away from a victory. Clark would hold off the jaguars and tie the match at14 and then used their momentum to go up by one 15-14. The jags answered the call and would not give up another point to the Cougars winning 17-15. The victory moves the Jags record to 1-1 on the year as they travel to the NISD tourney this weekend.

Each Sports has its own launch page and under each individual sport the galleries will (eventually) all be separated by school year. We are working hard to transfer all of the 2008-2009 school year photos over from the old site to the new site and should be complete in the coming weeks. If you don't see a gallery you are looking for or a sport you are looking for don't panic. Its coming these things just take time. We are talking about over 22,000 photos!!
