Jaguar Pride Photography - Volleyball Dramatic Come From Behind Victory over IWHS

Tuesday Night the Jaguar Volleyball teams swept another opponent. First the Freshman and JV defeated Incarnate Word at Johnson High School. Both of these squads are looking really good early in the season. Varsity was playing IWHS at Littleton and like Clark last week the Jaguars came out slowly and dropped the first two sets. But like against Clark the Jaguars with their backs against the wall started to turn things around in the 3^rd set. The Jags would dominate the 4^th set and then win the match by dropping the Shamrocks in the 5^th and final set. The Jags are showing a toughness against some top notch teams.

Notable Tuesday night in the stands was Express-News Volleyball writer Terrence Thomas. He was there not to write a story but to watch both teams play. With the Jags making an amazing come back against the areas number 5 ranked team, the Jags will more than likely be ranked next Tuesday in the Express News weekly rankings. A good showing this weekend at the NEISD tournament and the Jags will cement their place in the top 10.

Mike Randolph shot the JV and Freshman matches against IWHS at Johnson Tuesday night while John Albright shot the varsity at Littlton.

Jaguar Pride Association Site

We hope you like the all New Jaguar Pride Photo Site. Currently this new site hosted by Smugmug is under construction but will soon be fully functional. The new site is faster to load, provides more options for purchasing and a few products are actually cheaper. Hopefully you like the new site and as we transfer photos from the old site over to this new and improved Jaguar Photo Site we invite you to take a test drive. Each Sports has its own launch page and under each individual sport the galleries will (eventually) all be separated by school year. We are working hard to transfer all of the 2008-2009 school year photos over from the old site to the new site and should be complete in the coming weeks. If you don't see a gallery you are looking for or a sport you are looking for don't panic. Its coming these things just take time. We are talking about over 22,000 photos!!
